Obviously we know that the warning stickers did go on the albums.

Was it a bad move to have those warning labels forced onto albums or not?

I just wish those damned things were still stickers. I hate that they're part of the slip now.

Funny thing is that 22 years later that music censorship and the parental advisory labels havent solve nor reduced any of the problems they were aiming at.

A small percentage of laws passes by Congress are for the common good.
The vast majority pander to the narrow interests or obsessions of a tiny portion of the constituancy.
The warning labels are an example of the latter.

Frank was dead right....one of my all time heros - fiercely independent and fiercely creative! RIP way too soon! Cancer not drugs or alcohol....

You can tell the hosts never expected Frank to be such an intelligent man. Frank Zappa is a genius of rock and roll, and the man knew what he was talking about. I love that clip. One of my all time favorite clips to disprove the theory that rock and roll is less intelligent.

I wish they had the warning labels on record albums back when I was a kid. As a teenager, I listened to too much Black Sabbath and now my life is ruined since I got so involved in devil worship and the occult.

There was a time that I wouldn't buy a CD unless it had a Parental Advisory sticker on it.
