Well my name says what I'm all about, I just picked up some Bridgeport Hop Czar on sale, aaand FINALLY found some BrewDog in our area--got a 4 pack of 5AM Saint!
Waiting for the BrewDog to chill and about to crack open the Hop Czar. I actually haven't had it, and I thought I'd gotten every hoppy beer I could get my hands on. Review to follow soon. |

Bit too hoppy to be consider it a candidate for daily drinker.

Been playing bass most of my life, but I'm new to this forum. I'm pretty active on the homebrewtalk.com forum with the same username. Any other homebrewers or HBT listers here? |

If we're talking IPAs specifically, my current IPA recipe is 2oz summit at 60 min, then 1/2 oz amarillo every 10 min from there on. Dry-hop for at least 2 weeks with another 1/2 oz amarillo. Complete citrus bomb for those who like that style.
