To the iPhone app developer: could you give us the ability to turn of the automatic updates please?

Anytime I go from a thread back to forum, the app automatically downloads the most current thread order. I wanna be able to make it so that if I want to refresh, I am the one doing it.

Maybe I mean to say "automatic refresh." That whole 'pull down to refresh' thing? Not really necessary when viewing threads in the forum view.

Sometimes I like to read a thread and then go back to the forums view and have everything in the same order as before.

Make sense?

Like with the Mail app? I wouldn't mind a slide to refresh either.

Shouldn't this be addressed to the guys who wrote the TB app as a suggestion ? Or at least dropped into the app thread ?
