iPhone users, HELP!!

Hey guys,

My iphone 'backups' are not appearing in iTunes.. The most recent one i have is from like August and no matter how many times I click 'backup', it just saves as 'iPhone'. All successive backup attempts simply write over the last one and no NEW backup profiles are created. What can I do to remedy this? How do I create separate backups??

Thanks in advance guys.. I scoured the website and FAQs to no avail... I just thought I should ask here first before I am put on hold for 2 hours before talking to a 'genius' who will only advise me to reboot and make sure things are all plugged in.

Call Apple's phone support directly at 1-800-MY-APPLE.

Is your phone still under warranty?

can't.. i am an itunes convict. but this problem has occurred even before i broke outta jail...

You can un jailbreak it and they will never know the difference. I did that when I had to send my touch in to get fixed.
