I hope everyone's holidays are going well!
Could anyone recommend me some good (free) iPod Touch apps that they have enjoyed or heard of?

I've had my iPod for only three days, so I'm looking for some nice free apps, too...

If you use Facebook, there's an official app out there that's free, and quite good (I almost like using it more than the actual website).
A few good games, although you'll have to really search to find them. I've got a good version of Tetris called Tris.
Light is a good app if you need something really bright to root around in the dark with, but that's pretty much it.
Files Lite lets you upload and read .pdf files, which is extremely useful, although the screen is a bit small for intensive reading.
If you instant message a lot, IM+ Lite is a pretty good app (although it has some banner ads) that lets you use MSN, AIM, etc. |

I have a few excellent science/medical apps, but not everyone is interested in those. Enjoy your new toy! |
