The owner of the plane, Astraeus, is a charter airline that tends to pack lots of holiday makers into its planes. I don't know for certain, but I do not think this airplane is outfitted like private B757's.
Last year, Genesis chartered a Boeing BBJ from Royal Jet in Abu Dhabi. That airplane had three bedrooms, a dining room and living room on board.
