My Italian is more than a bit rusty(not that it was ever that good to begin with) so I'm going to check when I see my grandmother this week. She should be able to read it since her and my aunt's speaking haven't deteriorated at all.

I'm italian and yes,that's Sardinian dialect,not standard italian...I can try and help you with some parts of the first verse,but I'm from a different region and sardinian dialect is pretty different (I still know a bit about it),so PM me if you need anything
