It's just one of those days...

You know those days when you feel like doing something, but don't really feel like doing something. In the past half hour I tried playing several games, playing bass, watching tv, watching a movie, reading a book and whatnot, but I'm just not in the mood today.
Ever had one of those days? Any solutions to fix it?

Usually I do some cleaning, or I push myself into biking the hell out of myself, so I can go back home and appreciate doing nothing.

I have those days pretty often. Go for a walk. It's good with some fresh air. You'll feel more alert when you come back home.

Otherwise, it's good to stay in shape as it keeps you more active. I'm not in shape now and have a hard time motivating myself to get into a better shape as well. I would need someone to kick my butt off this computer chair....

Yep. If I ever start to feel like that, I pull out a bike and go for a nice long ride.

It's true. Physical activity shuts down the amigdela which generally improves your mood.

I have been having more of those days than the good ones lately. I just can't concentrate. I try doing something, but then I forget even why I'm doing it. I was about to pick up my bass a few hours ago, but then I just didn't and have been feeling bored, wondering what to do, even though I have more than enough things piled up. This sucks.

Go back to sleep and get up on the other side of the bed next time.
