So yeah, burn as audio, and then re-import to another folder, or use another CD burn suite entirely. DRm is easy to get around that way.....um, I mean....I don't share music files...ever....
I use Roxio, just because it was free. |
Thanks guys. No I didn't read the licence agreement-does anyone?
I'm not trying to create MP3s for file sharing, it's just my car player supports MP3, and it'd cut down on the amount of discs in my car.
However I do use Limewire to check out artists new to me, but if I like them I will always buy an original recording.
I tried burning an audio disc and re importing onto another PC with the Creative software that comes with the Zen MP3players. From that I burned an MP3 disc and all seemed well, but the files are in .wma format (which my car player won't play) even though the Creative software option I chose was specifically to make an MP3 disc.
The problem with creating an audio disc in iTunes, then reimporting and burning an MP3 disc is the amount of messing around making sure you have the right versions in the playlist, and making sure you delete the right versions to avoid duplicating your library.
It just seems like an unnecessary waste of time to have to do this when Apple could allow you to just go ahead and make an MP3 disc straight out
As ever
