!!!! iTunes HELP needed !!!!

The PC I used for my iTunes account has crashed.

Is there any way to start up on another machine with the data on my iPhone as a baseline?

There was a program I DLed a while back for my sister. Same thing happened to her computer. Let me see if I can find it.

I don't remember which one it was. I do remember I had to download and try a few of them because most of them would transfer one file at a time. The one I ended up with was free to try and transferred everything in one shot.

I do have all my music and videos backed up to hard disc so I might just go ahead and "rebuild".
It's really just a minor hassle for the music. The rest is pretty simple.
