Nope. That's it. make sure it's clear that no insurance, and your responsibility ends the moment you hand it over the counter. Also that any potential taxes and duties are his issue.
If they baulk at the shipping, see if surface is OK for them. Takes a while though.
It seems many of you in the US have issues with USPS, but I've had hundreds of items shipped air and sea via them with zero issies and they're usually faster than Fedex / UPS often by as much as a week.
