My my, did they grow some interesting peppers there!!!!!!
These days my stomach prefers I go a bit lighter on them, but I still enjoy a good one now and then.

i just particularly like the flavor of jalapeņo peppers.
they are not spicy just tangy and a bit warm.

Fresh jalapenos are great if you char them up on the grill until they blacken and soften. Then you can just take bites as you eat your meal. I don't recommend this with serrano.
