You're just now aware of this?

Bippity Boppity Bacon has been my favorite catch prase for the past year or so.

EDIT: well at least when I'm at work loading up sheet pans of bacon to go into the oven.

heh... yeah- hes awesome. last time he was on conan (nbc) he did an entire set of bacon jokes. hes also great live, and apparently a genuinely nice guy. my brother did a comedy gig, and he and louis ck showed up to open for some reason. he said jim was really cool after the show (my brothers not a big time comic or anything), and louis was sweaty and awkward, so if youre wondering, louis ck on stage is louis ck all day, every day.

I saw him again on Comedy Central last night. I was alone in my hotel room laughing out loud.

The thing I like most about Jim Gaffigan is that he doesn't rely on poo poo jokes and profanity to be funny,....not that I mind potty humor,...I just think that Jim has mastered turning the mundane into comedy.

He and Brian Regan are about the only two on TV that don't have every other word bleeped.

Am I the only person here who does not find Louis CK funny at all? When I think of comedians, I think of Mitch Hedberg, Bill Hicks, Denis Leary (in his prime), or Steven Wright.

Jim Gaffigan? Funny as hell. He's carrying the torch for sure.

Jim gaffigan and Mitch Hedberg are/were my 2 favorite comedians. THey both have/had their own special thing going for them. Lol I love how half of Gaffigans show is in 3rd person

ill be the first to admit that the his hbo "lucky louie" was absolutely horrible, but i find his new one hilarious, and i do like his stand up. ive never heard someone see him and say they hate him, but he can be offensive to some, or he may just not be your style. (for what its worth, im still a huge hicks fan, and was lucky enough to see mitch at a letterman taping [lucky], so i dont think i have poor taste [oh, and i think joe rogan is the best current comic for what its worth.])

Yep. Jim was in Seattle last month, so I took my wife and 15 year old nephew and had no worries about having to hear anything profane or offensive. It was a great show for sure.

We still laugh about it....."you ever meet anyone who admits to going to McDonalds??? Oh no, I don't go there. They sell six billion hamburgers a day, someone is eating there".

So I joined a gym the other day and made an appointment with a personal trainer. He asked me what my goals are. Uhhh, goals? I'm just here so I don't eat for the next hour. Do those treadmills with the TVs get Food Network? I'm hungry.

The pig is the perfect animal. You can give it an apple, essentially garbage, and in return you get bacon.
