I would guess people saw this and called the local authorities incessantly until they did something.
This event happened I want to say 4-6 years ago and she decided to post it now since she was in a place in her life where he wouldn't/couldn't abuse her mom or family.
He has no place being a judge of anything except for whether or not to pick up the bar of soap.

I mean spanking was accepted, a belt smack across the arse when needed was accepted but a prolonged thing like that? I think this was a little over the top even for 60's style parenting. Just MHO

The other thing is he hits her legs allot from the front also. That could of damaged her knee cap etc. My Dad layed it to me on the butt maybe he hit a thigh but never my front of my leg, never that many times for that long. What's with the swearing and threats?
This dude is wacked...so is the mother . The girl received this punishment for downloading a game on their computer  You would of thought she stolden from them or set the the garage on fire with her brother in it.
What I dont get is why did she release it now?

The thing that bothers me was the fact that it was seemingly delivered in anger. There's no place for anger when disciplining children.
