I could not fathom the pain of losing either of my parents that young.

You know, MJ has been as polarizing a figure as there has been in a generation. Strong, strong feelings on both sides....

But that video of his daughter brought this whole circus into focus for me. Those are three kids that lost their Dad. To them, the will, the estate, custody,...... none of that matters right now.

Their Dad is dead....... just so tragic.

Exactly.
People forget all the GOOD Michael did for the World. his COUNTLESS charities for example.

People forget he was a father of three as well.
This broke my heart.

Here here to the last two posts. I've been so cynical about the whole thing, that's all I heard and saw everywhere in my work and at home with an entertainment lovin wife. All I could think of is, "Man I hope this gets over with soon!".

Then on my way home I heard this video on public radio and shed a tear. Didn't help none that I was on the way back from an emergency run to the store to get my little girl some tylenol for her fever. Got home and my wife wondered why and how I turned into a lil gushy bear.

You guys are right... No matter what kind of media frenzy circus it may have been. That was there daddy.

Just finished watching the MJ Memorial with my wife. The first tear came when Usher was singing near the casket, and the second, when his little girl spoke.

I finaly realized that "King of Pop" doesn't even come close to describing the greatness of Michael Jackson.
