That crap hurt a bit. Slipped on some ice in Chuck Taylors and my foot gripped a dry spot on the way down and wrenched the hell out of my foot. I have to go to the Orto doc tomorrow to get a permanent cast, and see if they want to do any surgical fixation. They have a plastic splint on it now. Man, this sucks.

best of luck with the recovery, God Speed! | I broke my arm when I was 9, that kinda sucked. The one sucky thing here is if my foot hadn't gripped on the clear spot, I would have been FINE!!!

| | | | Ive slipped a few times on some ice with my Miller Jazz stuck to my back....scary stuff
I much prefer snowpack before it gets plowed down to the ice underneath it up here.
I hope for a speedy recovery for you...now watch for ice next time, When you find it...start waddling in small steps (I see this technique daily from fellow students walking to class.)
btw, I was way more concerned for the bass than my body. (bad priorities?)

| | | Dude that sucks hard. I broke my femur 2 years ago in a motorbike accident, but couldnt play bass either (broke my right wrist as well). Good luck with the recovery, and make sure you do the physio, it helps a lot. Oxy Codeine will be your best mate for the next 6-8 weeks |

Yay, skateboarding.
EDIT: It Sucks!!!!, But you'll heal. Get Better.

Had to have surgery to have the tendon screwed into the bone. |
