You got it easy. I went in and came out with diabetes!

Well, I had the diabs before, just didn't know. Kept passing in and out of reality. Supposedly I would have been dead by dawn, if my parents hadn't taken me to the hospital....

I've seen such varied recovery times to wisdom teeth. Its nuts, but I guess it depends on how far developed they are and whatnot. I got mine out and I was quite literally jigging later that day (my scottish friend was housing a native dance team for some reason...pretty girls doing white-as-hell dancing...you push through the pain)

Other friends were out of school for a week or two. Maybe they're just pansies. I also didn't get any nifty awesome pills. Lame.

Anyway, feel better, and hope you're in the former group, not the latter.

All 4 in one go? Me too, back in December - let's start a club!

In my case, the lowers were beneath the gums. Day 1 would have really sucked without codeine.

I was starting to wonder if the gums would ever get back to normal. 2 months out, I can finally brush back there at full-strength.

Don't be a bonehead like I was - solid food will still be around after you heal up.

i never developed my second or third year molars. thus i have no wisdom teeth or wisdom for that matter. and my dad is a dentist(endodontist) I think its some kind of freak genetic evolutionary step.

Funny! I had all mine taken out when I was 16yr old. It was day before xmas eve. After the procedure my parents gave me my xmas gift - a washburn bass (my first)!!!
