Just lost my favorite uncle

I just got the news than my favorite uncle, Guy Lemaire, passed away this afternoon from lung cancer. He was one heck of a musician, proficient on sax, trumpet, guitar, bass, and drums, but his real strength was the keys. He cut a few records of instrumentals back in the 70s which enjoyed a measure of success in the Province of Quebec. Unfortunately he was a lifelong smoker and it caught up to him. He was a man who loved life and was very generous with his time and treasure, and he especially loved kids. RIP, Mon Oncle Guy.

This is one of the songs that was on one of his albums. He plays all the instruments you hear.

That's some good grooving. Wherever he is, I'll bet he's got a great band.

Sorry for your loss man. I went through the exact same thing a few months back and it was very hard all around.

Pull through and stay strong! Cherish those great moments you had and hold onto them.
