Just wanted to let you all know

Many of you have been conversing with my husband for several years in this forum.

I just wanted to let all of you know that PkR2 passed away on Friday, December 14. He considered all of you friends and I just wanted to make sure any of you who might want to know, did. If some of you who know more about his posting habits than I do could pass this message on to the other forums where he may have spent time.

The world has lost an exceptional bluegrass musician, but my, how that big bluegrass band on high must sound. Can you hear it??

Thanks, Pam

I'm very sorry for your loss, which is our loss as well. Your husband and I had some fun times and some ornery times here, with each exchange I was aware of the genuine, human feeling at the other end of the wire.

My thoughts are with you and yours.

This is sad news. I was here when your husband first came on board. Our interests were in different directions, so I kind of lost touch, but we had some rowdy fun. I'm sorry for your loss.

My sincerest condolences on your (and all our) loss.

I knew pkr2 well from our days in the Setup forum (I will start a sticky thread there shortly), where he dropped more pearls of wisdom than all the rest of us put together.

I always promised him that drinks were on me if we ever got to meet, and tonight I will toast him and think of him fondly in lieu of being able to buy him a round.

RIP pkr2...
