Weird thing is that I watched Wrath of Khan today after I got done with classes and didn't find out he died until about an hour after I was done. Talk about coincidence, huh...

RIP.
But at least he got a thread here at TB, where bass playing Star-Trek fans gather.
When Majel Barrett-Roddenberry died 18.Dec.2008, not a mention, let alone a thread. Sad.
Regards

He set the standard for ST baddies.
Good bye, Mr. Roarke.

I really thought Ricardo was awesome. I used to watch Fantasy Island, much as alot of you did, growing up, and then when I saw Wrath of Kahn I was completely blown away to see him 180 from his lavish persona...true unadulterated ferocity in that role, one of my favorite sci-fi movies ever. I watch it often.
I must watch it this weekend. rip Ricardo.
