Kitteh is OK!!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
My kitteh Boots was hit by a car overnight. Found an affordable vet and got her checked out.

She has a broken leg but will be OK

The Vet was concerned about her innards working so she wanted me to make sure she is eating/drinking/peeing/pooping and she did the latter 2 on the ride home

Now I have to find her litter of 3 day old kittys and bottle feed them

Thanks for everyone's concern and support, you guys are the bestest!!!!

Good to hear! Now bring them inside and keep them there! This is one of the nightmares that guarantee my kittehs live indoors.

I hope the little ones are okay... they need to get some food in them ASAP.

Agreed on the inside thing! If you value your pets, you will keep them away from harmful things like traffic if at all possible. Mine all stay inside.

Good job, glad you got it fixed up.

We got our pets free when I was younger, my dad basically said if any thing happend to them he was not paying a vet bill , he shot like 5 of my cats I guess thats what people raised on farms do.

Strangely, I've never heard a country song about that...

Good job!!

I have 4 indoor only cats.

As for spending money, one of my cats has intestinal lymphoma and needs meds every day, bloodwork and a urinalysis every 3 months. I don't think twice about it because he's part of the family and my wife's favorite (mine too).

Really good to hear. It's never fun facing the possibility of losing a friend like that.

Great to hear she's OK. Probably never thought you would be so happy to have a cat pee in your car, huh?

Pics of little baby kittehs?

Haven't found the kittens yet

I have looked everywhere and they are nowhere to be found.

And likely has a strong desire to take care of them- if possible, you might try letting her go & following her(if she's not so equipped, put a bell on her to help locate her). Tiny offspring need lotsa love & feeding.

Been about 24 hours now, Boots cannot walk very well, she is a very good mama kitteh though and will try to drag her self to them I am sure. We will just have to follow her.
