rib eye. grilled just slightly beyond bloody. with grilled asparagus and a baked sweet potato loaded with salt, pepper and butter.

Throw in a hot red head and brunette for desert.

I hope to never be there but: Bacon. Lot's of bacon. Wrapped scallops, jalapenos, chilis, beans with bacon, asparagus wrapped in bacon, mushrooms onions and peppers fried in bacon, chicken fried bacon, beef cuts wrapped in bacon, and bacon apple pie and cheesecake.

Walter's Cafe, in Portland, ME, used to have an amazing dish called the "Salmon Surprise" if I recall correctly. One serving of salmon, split in three, masterfully cooked three different ways (tartar, roasted, grilled). I guess I'm not getting heaven after the chair, so I might as well have some of it before.

You know how good bacon is? We wrap it around other food to make it taste better. If it wasn't for bacon, we wouldn't even know what a water chestnut is.
