In my opinion the only way to test this theory is for him to step out into the streets and let the crowd tear him apart. IMO, someone who orders his own people shot and killed is a murderer, not a martyr.
I'm rooting for Libyans even more than they Egyptians. But it looks like Gaddafi has resorted to shooting his own people. This is getting ugly. http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/...71G0A620110222 |

Although there's probably enough Libyans who won't care, so he would simply be a homocide victim. |

Bahrain, Libya, Yemen.... people are rising up and demanding a better life - I sincerely hope they get it, and may it be free of despots and religious nutjobs.

If you cultivate an environment where hate, intolerance and violence are condoned, keeping all that pointed in the direction that is beneficial to YOU...is a little tricky. |

apparently there are now reports and videos of military folks who were burned alive for refusing to murder civilians. I haven't seen further details yet but it sure as hell wouldn't surprise me.
This is the same whackjob that was planning on executing a group of Bulgarian doctors for "deliberately spreading AIDS in Libya for research purposes", he's nuts.
