I'm skeptical too. There have been too many frauds in the world of paranormal claims, including so called solid cases of reincarnation, that have been exposed, once real investigations got underway. All of the information that the kid has revealed can be obtained by completely normal methods of investigation if one wanted to create a hoax. This includes finding info on a dead man's family on up to the current family history, without anyone in the surviving family being aware of it. If it is a hoax, it's an elaborate one, but not impossible.

I guess it's gonna' be a matter of faith with some folks if they believe this to be true, but I have to stay on the side of skeptical caution. I'd love to see someone from Csicop take a look at this claim.
