Then it goes through each item, one by one, asking if whatever fixed the problem. If I had more time to familiarize myself with it, then I would be less irritated, and my dad seems to like it, but seriously, I hate that thing

I loved it, but I know a few people who have had some problems with it. Mostly just the touch-screen not registering accurately. If I can ever find the Harmony 1100 + PS3 adapter combo pack on sale again, I'll probably pick it up. That's really the only Logitech remote I've had experience with, but based on it, I'd think the rest of the line would be pretty solid.

Ex: they don't turn everything off, like they will leave the TV on.
Cable box won't turn on.
Remote dies (that sucks, have to wait for it to charge to watch tv)
Remote freezes on occasion.
With our Mitsubishi TV it can't for it's life change the input without me pressing the halp button.
But the benefits are nice, I only have to press one button.
