I have a Harmony One Universal remote. The best remote that I have ever used!!! Programming it is very easy via Logithech's website.

Ugh. my dad has one, and it makes me want to kill myself. sometimes, you press the "watch tv" button, and something goes awry. Then it goes through each item, one by one, asking if whatever fixed the problem. If I had more time to familiarize myself with it, then I would be less irritated, and my dad seems to like it, but seriously, I hate that thing

I used to have the Harmony 1000. I loved it, but I know a few people who have had some problems with it. Mostly just the touch-screen not registering accurately. If I can ever find the Harmony 1100 + PS3 adapter combo pack on sale again, I'll probably pick it up. That's really the only Logitech remote I've had experience with, but based on it, I'd think the rest of the line would be pretty solid.

I've had many - the 880, 890, 1000 and now the Harmony One. (Worked with Logi, had perks). The Harmony One is just perfect. Get that - be happy.

I have one (can't remember which model number for sure). It runs our TV, digital cable/dvr box, and blu ray player perfectly. Simple setup, too.

I have one of the basic Harmony models - can't remeber which, but no touch screen. It works fine and was easy to set up.

My family has a few, and they are nice but beware. They do mess up from time to time.

Ex: they don't turn everything off, like they will leave the TV on.
Cable box won't turn on.
Remote dies (that sucks, have to wait for it to charge to watch tv)
Remote freezes on occasion.
With our Mitsubishi TV it can't for it's life change the input without me pressing the halp button.

But the benefits are nice, I only have to press one button.
