Most financial aid offices will have either links to scholarships on their website, or fliers in their office. I find that the fliers are usually for those oddball scholarships, most likely the highly specific local ones. What is she studying? Sometimes, professional organizations will offers scholarship opportunities to undergrads based on their majors.
And I'm sure you know about the FAFSA...not quite scholarships, but a good source for loans. I got the subsidized Stafford to cover the rest of my tuition...max amount awarded is based on the information you provide them about income, etc.
Fastweb.com is a good place to start the general scholarship search.
