"Los Dias" would be "the days"

"El Dia" would be "the day"

I don't celebrate it but am a bit intrigued. A Mexican restaurant I ate in last night had a lot of cool masks, etc for decor. Their rellenos have a completely unexpected crispness.

well.. it is actually a 3 day celebration... But it is common in México to use just one day. It's fro my point of view the most beautifull mexican tradition, the day you get to remember and honor your ancestors.

Apparently you have not only the regular "dia de muertos", but also the day of "la muerte chiquita"... on which you remember about the kids thaty have die, I think it is a sad day and that is why it is not so common... There's a lot of meaning on each element of the celebration.

My spanish isnt that good at the moment. And I realize the title is The days of dead not the days of thedead, which I just edited out. Anyway, yes I am including the children one. I'm just wondering if anyone on here participates in it.
