Does anyone have the mail address of the CEO/owner of www.guitarpartsresource.com? Their sales department is treating me like a dog and I need to complain. Thanks!

I know nothing of this company. Here's what the better business bureau has.
Looks like a very small company. They have a number of customer service complaints at that BBB site. I dont KNOW, but Id be willing to bet that the 'sales dept' that are treating you foul, are in fact the owner.
I dont think you're going to get much help. If you havent spent money there,I dont think i would.

and out of curiosity, I looked around a little more. You will probably get whatever you ordered, but thats about all youll get. It really looks like a husband and wife reselling out of their home, and not giving one nickle of concern w customer service.
