Makisupastar - Ocean Force Review.

Well, Maki was on TV. It has come to my attention that not every one has access to TruTV so here are the highlights and some things I have learned about Maki.

In the beginning of the episode, Maki (yet unnamed) makes his first appearance.

A manly profile to say the least. It seems that a drunk beach goer has been grabbing the butts of some female swimmers. Here Maki appears getting some details from a fellow lifeguard.

Notice the close attention he is paying to her "details". His partner retrieves the pervert and we get a shot of Maki, named and with dialog.

As his partner leads the perv back to the vehicle we get a disturbing close up of perv butt.

When the his partner and the perv get to the vehicle, Maki suddenly has no shirt on. He didn't go in the water but has lost his shirt, Hmmmmmm.

During dealing with the perv who speaks little english we get a shot of Maki's tat. Didn't know he had one, interesting.........

We also get a very nice shot of some butt crack hanging out. Sweet!!!!!!!

The perv gets a little froggy and Maki puts him back in place with a sharp "Nonono" and a show of force and dominance.

The perv then makes a break, slamming into Maki (already in a crouching position) and knocking him off balance. He is quickly caught by Maki's boys.

Maki gets right back into action,

and jumps in to help handcuff the perv.

The perv is under arrest, Maki saves the day and lets the gut hang in all it's glory!!!!

Maki is the man!!!!!!!!!!!

There you are, it's like you all were there huh? This will stay in my Tivo for a long long time.

****A big round of applause for Makisupastar****

Pretty accurate. I was notice my coworkers "assets". You should see her run. It's always in slo-mo in my mind and it puts Pamela to shame. The shirt came off, because when we actually took the dude down, I thought I was going to get wet to assist the guard on the rescue we were responding too. The tats, if you look closely are actually two bass clefs mirrored against each others in a psuedo yin and yang fashion. But everything else is accurate. I actually fell trying to trip the dude, but I just ended looking like a tard. LOL. Thanks for the play by play John.

Thanks Jady. That's about as close as I'll get to seeing it, we don't have that channel in these parts.

I did like the play by play commentary too.

sure he does, the Hoff's gut is way bigger. Maki, you've got some drinking to do, to catch up

Most cable systems have dropped court TV in favor of TruTV, check your previous CourtTV channel and you'll probably find it.

I didn't watch it and I have that channel. But don't think for one second I'm going to start kissing your ass because you were on TV. I'm glad more people find out what lifeguards really do(fantasize about their co-workers, beat up pervs, play on TB when it rains)...and your gut is weak, you need more beer.

He kind of reminds me of Goose Gossage.

So what happened to the guy grabbing the womens butts? I know they normally run the disclaimer "all subjects are innocent until proven guilty" on shows like this, but what ended up happening?

I DVR'd two episodes and watched them both this morning. Cool stuff! Nice job, Maki! I'll see if I can convert it to YouTube tonight.

I'm always curious about how these "true life" shows get filmed, and whether they re-create any scenes for the cameras later. Maki, any idea about this? Like, a scene where a lifeguard jumps off the high pier to rescue someone in the water -- they show the jump from the vantage point of someone already in the water, near where he lands. Or you'll see a lifeguard swimming out to rescue someone, and they'll show an underwater view of him/her swimming past the camera. I'm guessing they are re-doing scenes later?

And that scene of the lifeguard hunting for his wedding ring in the sand, because he supposedly "took it off so I could put on sunblock". Yeah, a likely story!

Anyway, I was entertained. Will look forward to more episodes.
