Man dressed as a breathlyzer arrested for DUI...

Did a search, nothing came up. Further to my last thread, this made me laugh.

OXFORD, Ohio – An Ohio man dressed as a Breathalyzer test for Halloween found himself blowing into one after police stopped him for allegedly driving the wrong way without headlights on a one-way street. Oxford police said they stopped 20-year-old James P. Miller on Halloween night and found beer in his front seat and in the trunk.

Police said Miller blew 0.158 percent on a Breathalyzer test. The legal limit for driving is a blood-alcohol level of .08.

Miller was cited on charges including operating a vehicle while intoxicated, underage possession of alcohol, having an open container and a fake ID, and a one-way street violation.

Miller had no comment when reached at home Wednesday.

I've seen that costume around. Maybe this is just me being slightly paranoid, but I leave my goofy/zany costumes in the trunk when I drive, and if I get pulled over, I put my hands on the steering wheel immediately so the cop can see I'm not reaching for weapons/drugs/whatever. This should go doubly for someone who is actually driving drunk, while wearing a costume that essentially advertises that fact. If you've looked at the dial on those costumes, it literally indicates that the wearer (or whoever blew into the thing) is drunk.

With as many of those costumes as I saw on Halloween, this doesn't surprise me one bit.

I didn't see any.

I did see the same outfit on every underage chick out here - one of a small assortment of roughly five different ways to advertise sluttiness.
