No excuse. They need to be prosecuted...and I fear for the future of anyone who would do this to another person.

Oh, I won't blame the website at all!

Just another example of coddled kids wanting their 15 minutes of "fame", and not caring how it costs anyone else.

This, right here, is a perfect example of a failure of parenting. Either they were a) beaten senseless and desensitized to violence, or b)they never once paid the price for doing the wrong thing, so they don't think they should now (I'm betting on reason "b)" here...sigh...).

These kids do need to go to PMITA prison. This is premeditated battery. However, I feel the need to comment on this:

Quote:
"I want stiffer punishments for these shock Web sites that entice kids to make these videos so they can be famous on the Internet," Lindsay's father, who declined to give his name, told The Ledger in Lakeland, Fla. "That is the motive, I am sure of it. It's crazy and it's terrible and they're gonna pay."
People attacked your child. Why are you voicing your frustrations about some website?

Motive? If someone gets mugged for their money we don't start going after the financial institutions, do we?

One at a time, in a room, alone with the girl they beat + her family + her friends.

Then a 10+ years in prison each ontop of that

Let a jury with all the facts decide that. I'm sure there's something appropriate by our legal standards out there.

the need to fight is so stupid. seriously, they think they are sweet for doing it and i would literally pay to fight the 6 of them at one time (But Paul, you are being totally illogical!)

Well, the thing is, its stupid. People like this need to see reality. Fight a harmless girl with 5 of your friends. Fight somebody who can fight, owned.

While im not one really for fighting, i am totally one for standing up for my friends. I would find every friend those girls had and rip their heads off.

Is it weird that im actually mad about this?

There's a video floating around the intarweb, of a guy slapping a woman in a public pool. Slapping her HARD. Nobody knows why he was hitting her.

About a dozen guys jump in the water, pull him away, and begin to BEAT THE CRAP outta him.

And I say, JUSTICE WAS SERVED.

I don't think so. This is genuinely ****ed up behavior, and I for one am extremely insulted to have to admit to being the same species as these stupid ****ers.
