I am staying at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, what is there to do within walking distance? I am working at a conference but have some time free in the evenings and would like to see some of the city.

We had stayed at the Luxor last year and wherever we walked there was something neat to see or do. Just take a walk, entertainment will find you, not vice versa.

Mandalay is all the way at the east end of the strip. Everything within walking distance is in one direction from there! Check out the Aquarium. Go to Starborn Tattoo on the strip up by the Stratosphere and say hi to my friend Fed. He'll lay some serious ink on you

Yes but I wouldn't go there expecting to see many hotties. Especially single, unattended hotties.

Then I'll hit on the bikini bartenders and waitresses. I've seen pics and vids on that joint and the talent there is outstanding.

Eat at Hubert Keller's burger bar (on the skywalk between mb & Luxor). Had the best "gourmet" burgers ever there. About $25 with a beer which is not bad for Vegas.
