She was stopped for erratic driving and failed the sobriety test. She pleaded guilty to "reckless driving" and "driving under the influence". The drug charges were all dropped in the plea agreement.
I personally think that the stuff should be legalized, BUT DON'T DRIVE while smoking it.

The police reportedly found more of the drug and related paraphernalia in Denver's home. He pleaded no contest and received six months probation.
