I haven't been able to wait 6+ months before getting pierced again to be able to give blood. But I would like to. I always try to wait it out but it never gets there.

Needles are the most horrifying thing ever to me.

My mom gives enough blood for the both of us.

I give pretty regularly, as much as I can, and I'm always pleasantly surprised by how painless giving blood is. I always expect a bit of a pinch or something...it's pretty much always in before I realize it.

Best part, of course, is drinking later. Doesn't take much.

Plus, I have a show tonight...so if I pass out on stage, just remember, it's all part of the act.

My command (like many others in the military) holds blood drives regularly, and I've made it to almost all of them. It's an important thing to do.

Plus, a little less blood + alcohol = cheap drunk.

My knuckles bled from all the babies I punched. Pacifiers are sharp, man. I hope the Red Cross appreciates my efforts.

Ever considered becoming a ref for EYC? Plenty of opportunity for relicing babies.

I do it four times per year. It's a small sacrifice to save a life!

I give blood semi-regularly. Hehe I compete with my GF about the amount of stickers in our blood-donor cards.

I can't give or I would. It is either I have been to a certain part of the world too recently or a tattoo/piercing too recently.

I give regularly, I have O- blood. Plus, I count it towards Kharma, every time I give blood, I feel entitled to be more of an @$$hole.

Yep. We have three or so a year on post. I try to make them all. The post-donation drinking benefit goes without saying...
