Replacing a Hall of Fame QB has got to be the hardest thing to do in football. The only time I can think of when a team successfully transitioned from one HoF QB to another was when the SF 49ers replaced Joe Montana with Steve Young. It took the Packers 20+ years to replace Bart Starr with Bret Favre, the Cowboys might finally have Troy Aikman's replacement, and the Broncos, Dolphins and Bills still havn't replaced John Elway, Dan Marino, and Jim Kelly!
This is what we have to look forward to when Brady, Peyton Manning, and Drew Brees retire! QB is not only the toughest position in football, it's also the toughest position to replace!
