Microsoft Excel Question

So I'm trying to keep track of my work hours in Excel (for my own records) and I'm wondering how I can count the hours I work using the cells they are in.

EDIT: Never mind, I figured it out but it won't let me delete this post.

=SUM(REF-START:REF-END)

...you can also use the "sigma" function on the toolbar (the capital "M" turned counter-clockwise 90 degrees)
