here is the deal on 2% milk. on 1 cup. 130 calories 45 from fat. 15% bein saturated fat. 12 grams of sugar which is 4%. 1 cup of pepsi 100 calories 28 grams of sugar which is 9%. no fat. it looks like pepsi is better for you than milk.

but compared to a measurement of teaspoons, there are 3 teaspoons of sugar in every CAN of coke, pepsi, etc...

i still like it better though....milk makes me fart clouds that will kill small children...

Fats and sugars arent created evenly

No carbonated drink is good for you, ever!

But you should mix milk and pepsi, could be interesting

There's more to milk than sugar and fat. How about calcium, protein, and vitamin D? You won't find those in Pepsi my friend.

EDIT: You could be like Laverne and mix 'em. (I'm dating myself, I know.)
