We used to jack-light 'em with a Maglite and try to shoot 'em on the fly with an M-1911A1.

Absolutely hate em, but they are here. Even had one flying around the stage lights today.

What's the wingspan of these 'beasties'? I do appreciate the fact that the number, rather than the size of the individual moths, is probably the more annoying problem.

You use a 45 on em' ?
Every year when our house becomes moth central(we live close to farm land) we use a fly swatter to kill em' on the spot, a salad bowl(commonly seen in commercials with chips n' dip in them) full of water and bubble bath soap placed under the light under the microwave( they fall right into the suds and drowned), and/or a small glass of wine. The glass of wine catches and kills both moths and flys. Instead of wasting clip after clip of rounds, use one of these. They cost less than a box of ammo.

Vacuum cleaner works good too at getting rid of the ones inside.

I like how all the swallows hang around the street lights and dive bomb all the cars during this time of year. All the moths go for the heat of the vehicles, and there's usually a ton of them that fly out when the cars are stopped.

Unfortunately those same swallows destroy the stucco on my house every year and annoy the living crap out of people. It's against the law to kill em' and there's no way to get em' to leave, Animal control won't even do any thing!!!!!

Haven't seen any in Denver yet, perhaps it's the city air.

Yes! They don't bug me but my wife and daughter hate them. I did have one dive bomb me in the car while driving yesterday though. Glad it wasn't the wife or else she probably would have wrecked.
