First, I'd just like to say I've really enjoyed the past week I've been on this forum. I'm suprised how active it is, and the information and debates are great - I dont know how many ten page threads I've read so far!
But onto my rant. There are a few things that really annoy me:
People saying 'pups' - it sounds like a really name slang term that's meant to be cool. What do you honestly have to do with your time that means you cant take the extra less-then-a-second to time three extra characters
People saying 'IMO' - *see 'what do you have to do with your time'. Plus, you're the one telling me this piece of information, I *know* it's your opinion. How about I go right ahead and assumed it's your opinion until I'm told otherwise.
People saying 'IMHO' - *see above* Is 'IMO' for people who are lying, and 'IMHO' for those telling the turth? Adding that extra letter (which should be an extra five if you'd respect fellow players enough to take the time and type what you actually want to say) doesn't add any weight or credibility to your point, it just makes it that little bit more pretentious.
Those minor gripes aside, I love this place. |
