He was black & white, neutered, and had markings on his nose that looked like "Mickey Mouse" ears. He disappeared May 5th, 2005, during daylight hours. I am still heartbroken. Missing from the area of Harbor/Imperial in Fullerton, CA. He was only 2 years old..... Possums aren't cats....I would give anything to have him back..:-( :-( :-( |

When I gave my GF the boot, she left me with the younger of her two cats. I'm more of a dog person (and miss her two miniature schnautchers quite badly ), but se's quite adorable in her own cat-like manner. She'll be eaten by the wildlife or be hit by a car, and I fear the day that happens.
Somewhat related to the found eh, "cat". I remember reading (Easyriders magazine most likely) about a guy who had found a lone kitten. He took care of him and gave him a shelter and he wasn't happy at all about that, all teeth and claws, marking and raising general hell, but somehow the kitten stayed with the guy. Until he was a couple of months older and some of the guys more educated friends pointed out that he was rather cool, having a cougar cub as a pet.
Regards
