Motherboard Replacement Help

I need a little help. Well, actually my dad does. He has an HP Pavillion a720n PC. Unfortunately it looks like the motherboard has taken a dump and I need to find a replacement for it. I don't want to put a stock MB back in as I have read that they had a design flaw which leads to a failure like this. He is on a fixed income as he is physically disabled due to his MS.

So, if anyone can help with what would be a good replacement for the factory MB ($129-$170 wo/processor) I (he) would greatly appreciate it. I know with all the new specs like DDR2 and 64 bit processors I just can't make heads or tails of it all. Can't find one on Newegg that has SATA connectors like yours, but you may want to snag a socket A motherboard while they still sell them...

Wow, that was quick man! Thank you very much and I know my dad thanks you big time as he has been without his PC now for a couple of days. When you can't really get around the TV and PC become really important to you. I will order it up tomorrow.
