kids' movies notwithstanding, do you think movies that get a PG-13 rating are good?
IMO, most times, no. i hardly watch adult fil-uh, i mean, films for adults  if they're rated PG13.
i do like the sneaky "this film has not yet been rated" ploy, tho'.
