The good, the bad & the ugly? Moving there from Frederick, MD in the next few weeks. Have lived here in Frederick for just over 9 months (from Tampa via 8 months in Houston) and really like it up here but just got a job offer I couldn't pass up.
Met some pretty good players here and am hoping to find some good players to jam with.

On the plus side, I'm finally going to be back in the industry I was laid off from just over 2 yrs ago and will soon be able to start adding to my arsenal again . Went from 14 basses down to one during that span and almost parted with my Dingwall recently.

New job, new state, new baby boy (via adoption) whose middle name is going to be Geddy on the way....2010 has definitely taken a turn for the better, for my wife & I anyway.

If you're into hot rods, Carlisle is home to the most popular automotive swap meets.

There's a chipotle there....and not by me

I live up in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, which is just under 2 hours north, but my gf and I head down there ever so often for chipotle and random running around. Hopefully I'll get down there more this summer. I know you're not far from Hershey, which is a pretty cool area and has a great looking amusement park (great for the family!), and Gettysburg isn't too much of a haul from there either.

I like that area, and it doesn't hurt that some of the worlds best dirt track racing is nearby. I'd totally move there.

I love me some Chipotle and am a gearhead, so that's two pluses so far

Wife & I are heading up there tomorrow to check out some housing options.

I have a warehouse in Carlisle, and the folks there seem to be happy with where they live.
