Of course it is...

I was just playing along to a shuffle on my ipod (through some speakers) and BOC's "Godzilla" came on,
So my 11 year old son and I are jumping around the living room playing and singing (well, me playing, both of singing)

Ohhh no, there goes Tokyo, go go Gozilla!!

Man, that was a gas...

Sometimes it's the simple things in life, I'm tellin' ya...

A lot of Blue Oyster Cult songs have hugely fun bass lines. But just try talking the band into doing 'ETI(extraterrestrial intelligence)' or 'Godzilla' or something like that with a bubbling bottom end.

Possibly one of the best rhymes in Rock & Roll -
"The people on the subway train / Scream as he looks in on them "

Oops - checked it and it's really
"Helpless people on a subway train
Scream bug-eyed as he looks in on them"

And who can dismiss the sheer poetry of
"He picks up a bus and he throws it back down
As he wades toward the buildings at the center of town"
??

And trust me, jumping around singing it with your kid (or any handy and cool 11 year old) simply rocks. Hard.

Anybody know where I could find the lyrics to the two songs I mentioned?
