Does anybody have a problem with the way music videos are made? Not the music, the actual video.

I'm not a video expert, but I know what I like. I don't know if it is on the editing process, but the way the frames change every tenth of a second is frustrating to me.

Directors don't have that in movies or television, unless it is a desired effect - usually of confusion or erratic behavior.

Don't get me wrong, if used with taste, this can be a great tool. All too often though in music videos it is standard fare.

Your images don't have to have any meaning or aesthetic quality if you flip through 'em fast enough.
