My 8 yr old sons new favorite song...

I found an old metal disc in the Aveo. Driving along to some innocuous Anthrax, old Maiden, etc, up comes Accept - Fast as a Shark.

The scratchy into, and the needle/scream immediately catches young sirs attention and he friggin' kills himself laughing! Since then it's been "Dad! Put on the old time tune!!"

LMAO

You're son sure knows good music...

I saw Accept a couple of times over here when I was much more into Metal.
The first time I went to one of their shows I think I was only a few years older than your junior is today.

Good song.

My missus would kill me if she caught me playing metal like this to my 8yo daughter!!!!

But I have snuck her some Black Sabbath, which she digs. She also likes Thin Lizzy and Deep Purple. Again, not metal like this song, but still great music all the same.

Already has one..he's a lefty, too. Just seems a bit young right now but it's there and waiting for him.
