my brother got fired, is it wrong that it makes me happy?

i mean my brother is a total douche, but he is still my brother. its kind of a well it serves the bastard right for being such a pompous douche but now he has no job.

I understand your feelings and the guilt that goes along with them. Maybe he needed to be humbled in order to become a better person. That could make you happy for him, without feeling guilty.

you should not be happy for bad things happening to another people. doesnt matter if they are your friends, family, enemies or unkown. My brother is a dutch too , actually we do not have any kind of relationship, but i prefer see my brother doing fine instead of having problems

that is the point, as soon as you are happy because somebody else is having problems , the karma wheels turns to you and says: NEXT !

Is a principle that you can find in many religion books: Bible, Guita.. nothing new
