and my interest is bass. Tell me some reasons bass is so freaking awesome. Despite it's truth, because it gets you chicks isn't the answer I'm looking for, for this particular project.

Write about how the bass feels in your hands, the thrill of the groove, how it makes your heart race and blood boil (but use thesaurus and make it sound better than that)...ect.

But you can also spend the rest of your life exploring what it can do and you still won't reach the limits. For example, I had no idea a bass can do until I saw and heard what Michael Manring can do with it.

If you've got to stick with bass, go with the ability of low-end frequencies to cause measurable reactions to the human body (i.e. ball-tickling). Talk about the importance in rhythm to the way people percieve music, and how bass is an integral part of the rhythm in most modern music. |

Dont forget to write about the differences in bass and guitar, fundamental people in its history, and the basses that have made a big impact.
Good luck! And if you need any pointers, lemme know. I Aced the class, so I hope to be a good resource!
