So, im reallllly frustrated right now. Ive been dating this girl for over a year. Im really struggling in pre-calculus at university. I met a girl who my roommate is friends with, whom is good at math, and willing to help me with it. While im like  , my girlfriend is all like  . W T F!!! It burns me up that my gf is getting mad and threatened by some other girl trying to tutor me. Is it completely absurd or is it just me? |

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: UK | | I guess think about how you'd feel if your girl was being tutored by another guy, surely the thought of something else might cross your mind and maybe she just feels a little insecure/sensitive about it. Just talk to her about it.
Ask her why it makes her mad, and talk it out with her in a reasonable way; letting her know it's just for calculus tutoring(which seems to be important to you.).
If she still has a problem after you've had that talk and told her she's the only one for you, maybe politely turn down the request of tutoring if you want to keep her....
