Seriously. I want a new one. Should I go to the DMV and claim that this photo casts me in a negative light and that I request a new photo be taken? 
or should I shave off my beard and trim my 'stache so I look less Charles Manson/Aryan Brotherhood/Neo-Fascist/Skinhead?

DMV photos are never flattering, but you seem to have a look indicative to the lifestyle you described. Maybe just do away with the stash. It looks crooked in that photo. |

I used to look like a 70's rocker, especially when i wore plaid shirts and boot-cut jeans, but now I look like someone on the way to the next Brotherhood rally.
